The Advanced Leadership Academy (ALAC) equips leaders to bring meaningful change to the communities, organisations and sectors they serve.
Founded in 2002 by Bishop Tshalo Katshunga, ALAC brings together people from different countries, industries and backgrounds to learn from experienced coaches, exchange ideas and strengthen their leadership.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to train and mobilise leaders who can positively influence key sectors of society, including academia, economics, science, arts and culture.We believe leadership involves both competence and character.
Through teaching, reflection and shared experience, we encourage leaders to understand their responsibilities and use their influence to serve others.
Our Approach
We connect participants with seasoned coaches who bring experience from their respective fields. Our programs combine leadership teaching with opportunities for discussion, networking and practical application.
Through intensive classroom training, conferences, workshops and youth talks, we create space for leaders to question familiar approaches, gain fresh perspectives and prepare for the challenges ahead.
